Becoming a Michigan real estate agent

Once you have yourself an employing broker, then you are all set up for the license state exams. Before anything else, the training and the pre-license exam, you have to make sure that the training and school is approved by the state of Michigan. Now, if and when you do pass your state license examination, this is confirmed when you have received your score and your employing broker has been informed. The state of Michigan will then send your license to your employing broker’s office along with your pocket card.
